Asking for your Help

If you have read some of my previous blogs, you would know that I am currently writing a book. I have learned that the most powerful thing you can do is share your story with someone else, providing them with the opportunity to see it’s okay to be yourself. Which is why my book is about my coming out story, all the good and the bad, in order to help provide a resource for LGBTQI youth that shows them it is okay to struggle and question everything about their sexuality and identity.

I have already written my story in it’s entirety, but now I turn to you. I would like to include a full spectrum of the LGBTQI community so everyone reading this book can see themselves in it. In order to do so, I have put together this form to help capture other’s stories to make my book complete.

My goal is to publish my book by the end of April, so please spread the word! I am looking for a story to represent each letter of LGBTQI including but not limited to:

  • Lesbian
  • Gay
  • Bi-Sexual
  • Trans* Man
  • Trans* Woman
  • Queer
  • Intersex

I do not need a ton of your time, 500 words answering one of the questions on my form would be perfect. If you want to include more, even better. If you know someone that would want to participate, please send them this link.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to at I will protect your identity if you want to stay anonymous, so please do not be afraid to help me help our youth!
